Group Piano Lessons

Our Group Piano Lessons are a fun and dynamic way to learn the basics of piano lessons! All of our series start with a 4-week introductory class, then continues on into 3 progressive 8-week classes. Each 8-week class is culminated in a small performance for families and friends.

Group Classes, ages 6-8

Our group classes for slightly older students require more independence on the part of the student, but are just as fun! Students learn all the piano basics, while simultaneously learning familiar and unfamiliar tunes, traditional notation reading, and improvisation and composition basics.

Group Classes, Junior Pianists, ages 4-5

Preschool is the perfect time to start piano lessons, if taught in a fun, engaging way! Our successful preschool program is ideal for students aged 4-5, with a caregiver participating in the last 15 minutes of each class.

Piano Adventurers, ages 7-9

Piano Adventurers is a group lesson option for students who love piano, music, and learning music with others! This class is perfect for students who’ve graduated from PSPS’ group piano programs, or for students who have tried private piano lessons but prefer a broader, more dynamic curriculum. **Prerequisite- Some prior group or individual piano study.

Piano Band, ages 7-10

Piano Band is a fun ensemble for students who have some piano lesson experience already. Piano Banders work on music arranged for 6-8 keyboards. Session will end with a public sharing opportunity. **Prerequisite- a minimum of 1-year of private instruction required for all participants.
