“Piano Flourish” Independent Lesson Program

Piano Flourish is our fun, accessible, affordable and supported online course for young beginning pianists! Taught by master instructor Shannon Keeler, our Piano Flourish program covers everything a beginning piano student would learn in their first 4-5 months of private, individual lessons, and includes all the materials you’ll need (except an instrument.)

Piano Flourish A “The Basics”
-Designed for complete beginners, ages 6-8
-Consists of 8 lessons and PDFs of accompanying materials (average students work through 2 lessons per week)
-Students learn how to play and read familiar and unfamiliar tunes, finger numbers, basic piano logistics, work on technique, rhythm, and improvising
-Cost- $50

Piano Flourish B “The White Keys”
-Designed for our young beginners (ages 6-8)
-Consists of 8 lessons and PDFs of accompanying materials (average students work through 2 lessons per week)
-Students learn how to play and read familiar and unfamiliar tunes, work on technique, rhythm, and improvising, all while learning and getting solid with playing on the white keys
-Cost- $50

Piano Flourish C “Basic Staff Notation”
-Designed for students aged 6-8 who already know the names of their white keys
-Can be used as part of the Independent Study Program progression, OR as a stand-alone program for students who need extra note-reading review
-Students learn the basics of note-reading, practice reading familiar songs on the staff lines, and work on rhythm, writing notes, and improvising
-Cost- $50
